She was predeceased by: her husband Paul Libbert; her father Harry Freeman; her brother Thomas Freeman; and her mother Ethel Curtman Freeman. She is survived by: her children, Kyle Libbert (Jean) of Plymouth, MN, Alan Libbert (Pam) of Palo, Karla Osborn (Charlie) of Palm Bay, FL and Lori Libbert (Dwain) of Springdale, AR; her grandchildren, Ryan Franck (Kate), Brett Libbert (Brittany), Jason Libbert (Madi), Allison Sortland (Brandon), Travis Libbert (Amber), Dylan Libbert (Melissa), Christopher Osborn (Brenda), Conner Osborn and Aaron Libbert (Caryn); and her great grandchildren, Tenli Libbert, Marshall Sortland, Zayli Libbert, Keegan Franck, Riley Franck, Parker Sortland and Cole Franck.
Instead of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Oldorf Hospice House of Mercy in Shirley's name.
