He is survived by: his mother Janice Holten; his children, Cody, Austin, Shayla, Whitney, Jayelynn, Brianna and Shania; and his siblings, Jaye Albaugh, Nikki Dvorsky (Vince), Lane Holten (Tonya) and Jeff Holten (Lisa). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
