He is survived by: his parents, Johnse Bushlack and Lauren Auld Bushlack; his siblings, Micah and Jacey of Cedar Rapids; his grandparents, Melvin VanDerPol, Norbert, Victoria Bushlack, Carl and Evalonne Johnson; his cousin Max; his grandparents, Jeff, Sherry Auld of Cedar Rapids, George and Judy Bushlack of Marion; his great-grandparents, Robert, Janice Auld and Dorothy VanDerPol; and also Survival Program. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and so many dear friends.
