Roberta Jones Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Roberta Jones of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, who passed away on January 19, 2025 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Linn and Ruth Linn (Cronkhite); her husband John Jones; her daughter Dawn Jones; and her brother Charles Linn.
She is survived by: her children, Kirk Jones (Deb), Lori Thomsen (Bill) and Gary Jones; her grandchildren, Aaron (Christy), Emily (Wes), Austin (Alana), Billy (Sara), Matt (Jacinda), Annie and Jimmy (Michele); her sisters, Yvonne Linn and Priscilla Linn; and her friends, Harry and Sherryl Osborn. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at 715 10th Ave SW, Mt Vernon, IA 52314. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
Memorials may be made to the Oldorf Hospice House.
