It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Wesley Louvar of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, who passed away on September 6, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Wesley Louvar and Lillie Louvar (Horstman); his wife Millie; his brother Dick Louvar; and his siblings-in-law, Wilbur Miller, Harold Miller and Marlene Schrimper (Vern).

He is survived by: his children, Lonnie Louvar (Paula) of Miles, Debra Bright (Terry) of Atkins and Steve Louvar (Jackie) of Cedar Rapids; his grandchildren, Gina, Zach, Leeann, Stefanie, Morgan, Mitch, Michelle and Carl; his great grandchildren, Josephine, Rosalie, Aiden, Kaydence, Rylan, Nolan, Aria, Rowen, Gwendolyn, Kenley, Madisyn, Brooklyn and Joshua; his brothers, Al Louvar (Holly) and Gary Louvar (Sandy); and his sisters-in-law, Jean Louvar, Judy Rich and Janice Patten.

Memorials may be directed to the family.
