He is survived by: his daughters, Teri Brockway (Dean) of West Union, IA and Kathy Fowler (Victor) of Carrollton, TX.; his grandchildren, Jared, Amy, Emily, Preston, Cameron and Victoria; and his niece Lynn. He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.
