He is survived by: his daughters, Pamela Boretsky of Flower Mound, Connie Woodyard of Tulsa and Patricia Rozek (Michael) of Arvada, Colorado.; his grandchildren, Barbara Boretsky, AJ Woodyard (Michelle), Lauren Woodyard, Conley Rozek and Joseph Rozek; and his friend Kristin Novak.
