He is survived by: his girlfriend Linda McClintock of Cedar Rapids, IA; his son Robert Wells, Jr. (Mary) of Martinsburg, IA; his brother Francis Wells (Mary Jo) of Hopkinton, IA; and his grandsons, Steven and James Wells.
