He was predeceased by: his parents, Rueben Dolezal and Lillian Dolezal (Rosicka). He is survived by: his wife Libbie Petrzelka; his sons, Dan Dolezal (Val) and David Dolezal (Heidi) of Marion, Seven; and his grandchildren, Stephanie Potts (Ben), Katie Glunt (Adam), Mackenzie Degen (Grant), Catherine Dolezal (Wes), Greyson, Dylan Dolezal and Jessi Dolezal. He is also survived by his family and friends.
