He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Blazek and Philomenia Blazek (Mraz); his wife Geraldine Turner; and his son-in-law Gary Cooper. He is survived by: his children, Debra Cooper of Marion, La Donna Hackman (Jim) of Solon, Colette Miller (Todd) of Marion, Jason Blazek (Kelly) of Mt. Vernon and Jeffrey Blazek of Marion; and his sister Arlene Brokaw of Orlando, FL. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.
