He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Hover and Mildred Hover; and his sister Janet Fletcher. He is survived by: his wife Donna; his daughters, Julie Madison (Bob) and Kelly Heinemann (Eric); his grandchildren, Andrew, Matthew, Benjamin, Tanner, Quinn, Katie and Ethan; his great grandchildren, Jade, Savannah, Evelyn and Eleanor; and his siblings-in-law, Betty McCroskey, Kathy Valdivia and Jim Fletcher.

Memorial donations may be directed to Camp Courageous.
