It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Jon Mayberry (Cedar Rapids, Iowa), born in Anamosa, Iowa, who passed away on July 28, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert Mayberry and Wilma Mayberry (Blanchard); and his siblings, Jerry Mayberry, Bobby Mayberry, Sandy Davidson, Jim Mayberry and Cheryl Burmahl.

He is survived by: his wife Nancy McAtee; his children, Kirk Mayberry (Muriel), Dena Bircher (Todd), Bret Mayberry and Tracy Cousins; his grandchildren, Jonathan, Abraham, Ashlyn, Ericka, Gavin and Luna May; and his sister Wanda Blankenship.
