He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Heaverlo and Agnes Heaverlo (Hlina); and his siblings, Clarence Jr., Robert, Vernon, Francis, Marie Cassel, Betty Gearhart, Gen Megan, Shirley Fultz and Agnes Darrow.
He is survived by: his spouse Jean Heaverlo of Cedar Rapids, IA; his sons, Richard Heaverlo (Ellen) of Calhan, CO and Scott Heaverlo (Tammy) of London, KY; and his grandchildren, Bradley Heaverlo, Alexis Heaverlo and Shannon Walker (Randy). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and extended family.
