He is survived by: his mother Leona Meyer; his son Chandler Bolton; his brother Jeff; his sister-in-law Leslea Bolton; his sister Deanna Bolton Heit (Jay McCarty); his son Chase Bolton (Cristena Core); his daughter-in-law Holli Bolton; his nephews, Mason, Evan Bolton and Jacob Heit; and his niece Jennah Pickart.
