He is survived by: his parents, Robert Sr. Ruzicka and Theresa Ruzicka (Michalec); his siblings, Bob Jr. and Pamela Stark; his brother-in-law Chris Stark; his nephews, Nick (Liz) and Sam Stark; his niece Nicole Stark; his pet Macy of Cedar Rapids; and his cousin Dianne White (Sejnoha).
