With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Pete Diltz of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, who passed away on March 29, 2025 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Pete leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Pete may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernie Diltz and Isabel Diltz (Fisher); and his sister Anne Dvorak. He is survived by: his wife Katy Joy Diltz; his children, Marty Diltz and Rowan Diltz; and his sister Mary Perez.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at 1844 1st Ave NE, Cedar Rapids, IA 52402.
