She was predeceased by: her parents, John Spore and Mary Spore (Phillips); her daughter Rachel Bascom; her brother Mike Spore; and her brother-in-law Bob Carney.
She is survived by: her children, Paula Stolba (Dan), John Norton (Barb), Keith Bascom and Patti Bascom (Allen Carl); her sisters, Deanna Volesky and Fran Carney; and her close friend George Welsh. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; thirty-one great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Brosh Chapel (2121 Bowling St SW, Cedar Rapids, IA 52404). A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
