He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Crumes and Ruth Crumes (Hammersley); his wife Avis Landtiser; his granddaughter Blair E. Burke; and his siblings, Harold Crumes, Madeline Johnson, Margaret Gordin and Marvin Crumes.
He is survived by: his daughter Shelley Crumes; and his siblings, Connie Gordin (Myron), Jim Crumes (Henri) and Reggie Crumes (Karol). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
