She was predeceased by: her husband Harold Burkhart; her daughters, Kathy, Deb and Kim; her grandson Chris; her sisters, Mary and Rose; and her parents, Dennis Moline and Agnes Moline (Kokjohn).

She is survived by: her son Douglas Burkhart (Lori) of Cedar Rapids, IA.; and her grandchildren, Joshua, Caleb, Joab, Ryan and Candace. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
