She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Bair and Ethyl Bair; her husband Virgil Lee Winegarden; her siblings, Buford Bair, Arnold Bair (Cub) and Audrey Johnston; and her sister-in-law Frances Bair (Francee).
She is survived by: her son Timothy Winegarden (Susan); her granddaughters, Anne Garinger (Chris) and Jill Winegarden; and her stepgrandchildren, Heidi Altorfer, Amy Severance (Jon) and Bill Altorfer (Lauren). She is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to the Webster United Methodist Church or the Sigourney United Methodist Church.
