He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Glandon and Jennie Glandon (Plank); and his siblings, Daryl, Keith, Roger and Beverly.
He is survived by: his wife Bibi; his children, Gail Pilkington (Dan), Denise of Spring Grove, IL, Randy (Diane), Cheryl Monroe (Dennis), Mark (Jill Fugate), Pat, Marty, DeAnne Besetzny (Steve) of Spring Grove, IL and Jill Stokes (Pete) of Oklahoma City, OK.; and his siblings, Ardith (Sally), Larry (Carolyn), Carol Shifflett and Webster. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to be made to the Keokuk County Hospice Foundation or St. Mary's Catholic Church in Norm's memory.
