She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Charles and Beatrice Orr (Kehoe); her husband Duane; her children, Mike (Sue) of Bonners Ferry, ID, Denny (Liz) of Marengo, IL, David (Katie) of Avon, NC, Bob (Mary) of Wauwatosa, WI, Steve (Julie) of Marion, IA and Kathy Louise of Mt. Pleasant; and her brothers, Rusty and Billy Swain. She was also cherished by 10 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of Mercy or Alzheimer's Association, in memory of Neoma Geraldine Starnes.
