She was predeceased by: her parents, Lyle I. Weidler and Arlene M. Weidler (Arndt). She is survived by: her husband Dwight Kandt of Cedar Rapids; her sons, Quinten Kandt of Cedar Rapids and Aaron Kandt (Meaghan) of Ankeny, Iowa; and also Tamara McNeiley (Ron) of Kenmare. She is also survived by four grandchildren.
