She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Black and Ava Black; her husband Golden "Goldie" Hart; her daughter Kathy Kilts; her siblings, Mary McGowen and Leslie "Bud" Black; her granddaughter Linda Klein; and her son-in-law Alan Klein.
She is survived by: her daughter Wanda Klein of Cedar Rapids; and her son-in-law Donald Kilts, Sr. of Cedar Rapids. She is also survived by three grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
