We are sad to announce that on November 15, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Michael McDonald of Cedar Rapids, Iowa. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl McDonald and Hilda McDonald (Harrison); his wife Lucinda Ritenour; and his sister Elizabeth Shank Derby. He is survived by: his children, J. P. McDonald (Sue) of Marion, Katie Chism of Cedar Rapids and Josh McDonald (Lauren) of North Liberty; his grandchildren, Andy, Allie McDonald, Colton, Cade Chism, Elaina, Elise and Nora McDonald; and his nephews, Kevin, Barry and Chris Shank.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Foundation 2 Crisis Center in Cedar Rapids.
