He is survived by: his wife Lynn Sousley Evans of Lexington Kentucky; his daughter Dru Evans Bernard; his son-in-law Derek Bernard; his granddaughter Zoey Bernard; his pet Carly; his siblings, Molly Evans Scott (Brian) and Thomas John Evans (Julie); and his nieces and nephews, Branif Scott, Ryan Evans, Britney Scott Courter and Kelli Evans.
