He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Prouty and Marilyn Prouty (Johnson); and his brother Steve Prouty. He is survived by: his former wife Barbara Graves; his daughters, Kristin Prouty, Amy Young (Jesse) and Jodie Houghtaling (Jason); his grandchildren, Kimberlin, Nathan, Haley, Dakota, Hunter, Kindra (Trid), Morgan (Cadin), Jaden and Emma; his great grandchildren, Kinsley and Ellie; and his siblings, Jane (Douglas), Becky, Kathy (Rod), Mel, Mary, Tom (Carla), Mark, Jeff and Joe (Rhonda).
Memorials may be directed to his three daughters.
