He is survived by: his children, Brett Proskovec (Michelle) of Cedar Rapids and Jodi Wauters (Chad) of Peosta; his grandchildren, Zak Wauters, Whitney Wauters, Jaxon Wauters, Drew Proskovec, Tate Proskovec and Lily Proskovec; his siblings, Joe Proskovec (Connie) and Kathy Glasmann; his nieces, Mindy Rosh (Tom) and Allie Sherman (Greg); and his nephew Connor Proskovec.
