Max Killian is survived by: pet Tink; parents, Ryan Pike (Shellie Pike) and Big Sister Val Pike of Fairfax; grandparents, Scott, Yulanda O'Rourke (Lanham) of Mustang, OK, Roy and Shirley Pike of Mason City; aunts and uncles, Jim, Kellie Scarrow (Parker) of Kansas City, MO, Grant Wood of Blanchard, OK, Mike, Vickie Julsen (Pike) of Hiawatha, Becky Patrick (Pike) of Mason City, Brian and Lisa Pike of Mason City; and cousins, Ben, Kala Abel (Scarrow) of Gardner, KS, Nate Scarrow of Wichita, KS, Emma Wood of Blanchard, OK, Joseph Wood of Blanchard, OK, James, Amber Juhl (Pike) of Rockwell, Jacob Pike of Mason City, Nik, Tricia Anderson of Buda, Tom, Tina Anderson of Knoxville, TN, Trenton Anderson of Mason City, Kerrell Bennett of Mason City, Candace Pederson of Greene, Hans and Jamie Wachal (Monaghan) of Cedar Rapids. Max Killian is also survived by many extended family including aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family would like to ask everyone to hug their family and friends tightly and say I Love You often. The family will be contributing donations to a scholarship fund to support members of the LGBTQIA+ Community in advancing their educational goals.
