She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul R. Harrison and Alice A. Harrison (Weber); her husband Lewis Cutler Newman; her son Jeffrey Newman; and her siblings, Don Harrison, Judith "Judy" Mahring and Betty Kimball.
She is survived by: her children, Terry Newman (Patricia) of Cedar Rapids and Sandra Dabrowski (Vincent) of Knightdale; her granddaughters, Jennifer Semelroth (Tim), Sara Volden (Ryan), Christy Charkowski (Chad), Katie Privette (Tim) and Elizabeth Palmer (Seth); and her brother Jim Harrison of California. She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Mary's memory may be directed to Trinity- St. James United Methodist Church, St. Croix Hospice, or Camp Courageous.
