With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marvin P. Vandersee of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, born in Sumner, Iowa, who passed away on July 2, 2023 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Kurt Vandersee and Dorothy Vandersee; his wife Dixie Randall; his children, Lyle and Linda; his stepson Terry Randall; his grandson Dustin; and his brothers, Lavern and Don.
He is survived by: his children, Judy Suchan (Denny), Robert Vandersee (Pat), Vickie Cringan, Kevin Vandersee (Chris), Mike Vandersee, Terry Vandersee, Randy Vandersee, Lisa Dumond (Joe) and Lori Kolarik (Brad). He is also survived by 26 grandchildren, 54 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren, 3 brothers, 1 sister and many nieces and nephews.
