He is survived by: his parents, Gerald and Katie; his wife Tamera; his children, Mitchell (Emily), Keith (Caroline), Timothy (Haley), Joseph and Claire; his grandchildren, Parker, Cora and Sawyer; his siblings, Cindy Bieret (Dan), Joan Hoffman (Brian), Tom Van Erdewyk (Kathy), Mike Van Erdewyk (Susan), Sue Ausman (Randy) and John Van Erdewyk (Tami); his brother-in-law James Milne; his mother-in-law Marilyn Ketter-Boulware (John); and his siblings-in-law, Kim Frady (Tom), Marybeth Townsend (Scott), Scott Boulware (Jane), Matt Boulware (Kendra) and Clay Boulware (Carolyn).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church (1350 Lyndhurst Dr, Hiawatha, IA 52233).
