He was predeceased by: his father David Randall; and his brother-in-law Marvin Mehaffy. He is survived by: his mother Ginny Randall (Murphy); and his siblings, Penny Light (Rudy), Karen Randall and David Randall (Angela). He is also survived by friends at REM; and many Nieces and Nephews.
