He was predeceased by: his father James Deyo. He is survived by: his mother Patricia Deyo (Roseke); his wife Liz; his children, Steve Deyo, Brittany Kelly (Nick), Matthew Kitchens (Randi Drahovzal) and Tyler Deyo (Michaela); his grandchildren, Jordyn Kelly, Charlee Kelly, Declan Kelly, Kaden Kitchens, Shayne Kitchens, Blakely Deyo and Stella Deyo; his sisters, Michelle Deyo and Marci Bragg-Deyo (Sheila); his sons, Brandon and Brent; and his nephew Seth Kuba. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Mark's memory to the University of Iowa Cancer Center.
