With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mark Allan Werstein of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, who passed away on December 24, 2024 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the vast expanse of eternity, Mark Allan shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Mark Allan farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.

He was predeceased by: his father Donald D. Werstein; and his uncles, Lyle, Glen and Richard Werstein. He is survived by: his mother Joan L. Werstein (Kruse) of Clear Lake; his brother Kevin Werstein (Nina) of Plymouth, MN; his nieces and nephews, Casey, Shannon and Courtney; and his aunt E. Jean Olmsted (Douglas) of Las Vegas, NV.
