She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Porazil and Mary Ann Porazil (Koutnik); her sisters, Judy Moore (Jim) and Susan Herman; and her grandson Aaron Lampe.
She is survived by: her sons, Chuck Lampe of Marion, Pat Lampe (Michelle) of Cedar Rapids and Steve Lampe (Dana) of Marion; her grandchildren, Brandon, Brooke, Ava, Logan, Mclay and Carter; and her sisters, Charlotte Schope (Ron) of Dubuque and Marcia Solem (Bob) of Phoenix, Arizona. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
