She was predeceased by: her parents, William Blair and Verna Blair (Otto); her son Larry Belcher; and her sister Sharon Blair. She is survived by: her daughters, Mary Belcher and Lori Moore; her siblings, Jeannie Cosby and Randi Blair; and her pet Annabelle. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 18th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at 1844 1st Ave NE, Cedar Rapids, IA 52402. A celebration of life was held on Friday, April 18th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
