She was predeceased by: her parents, Arnold Wiederholt and Lorena Wiederholt; her husband Bob; and her siblings, Gene Wiederholt and Rita Schaefer.
She is survived by: her children, Bob Schmitz (Barbara) of Acton, Mary Broders (Ed) of Cedar Rapids, Barbara Schmitz of Cedar Rapids and Jim (Roni Beavin) of Riverdale Park, Maryland; her grandchildren, Mike Broders (Stacy), Jeff Broders (Kristi), Tim Schmitz (Sarah), Sarah Schmitz and Julian Schmitz; and her friend Elaine Blick. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
