She was predeceased by: her parents, Emilio Mansanarez and Guadalupe Mendoza Rodriguez; her husband Eugene Charles "Pancho" Baker; and her siblings, Georgina, Genaro and Emilio.
She is survived by: her children, Mark Baker of Hopkinton and Judy Pfohl (John) of Dubuque, Iowa; her grandchildren, Amanda Lown (Scott), Jessica Paisley (Mark), Matthew Pfohl (Angelica), Alex Baker, Jacquelyn Zeimet (Brian), Samuel Baker, Brooke Fangmann-Baker (Mallory Loney) and Isabel Pfohl; her great grandchildren, Keegan, Aidan, Katelynn, Cooper, Alexia, Syrus, Layton, Leela, Amelia, Archer, Sofia, Lennox, Olivia and Stella; her great great grandchild Naomi; and her sister Genoveva Mendoza of Texas. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Murdoch Funeral Home & Cremation Service (3855 Katz Dr, Marion, IA 52302). A memorial service was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
