He was predeceased by: his parents, Melborne Jenkins and Nellie Jenkins (Moore); and his siblings, Karen J. Stallman and Ronald Jenkins. He is survived by: his siblings, Kathleen Jenkins of Cedar Rapids and Kenneth Bailey of Charles City. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
