She was predeceased by: her parents, William Fuller and Effie Fuller (McGarity); her husband Larry L. Welp; her son Jeff Reichle; her brother Jerry Fuller; and her brother-in-law George Tschetschot.
She is survived by: her children, Jeanne McLaud (Chad) of Vinton, Ken Reichle of Cedar Rapids, Linda Njau of Cedar Rapids and Michael Welp of Cedar Rapids; her siblings, Gloria Tschetschot of South Chesterfield, Virginia, Jim Fuller (Anita) and Bill Fuller, Jr. (Linda) of Portland, Oregon; and her sister-in-law Irene Fuller of Litte Rock, Arkansas.. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
