It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lila Shupp of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, who passed away on June 20, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ed Brockmeyer and Emma Brockmeyer; her husband Dwaine Shupp; and her siblings, Homer and Melva.
She is survived by: her sons, Michael Shupp (Sharie) of Ames and Steven Shupp (Cindy) of Council Bluffs; her grandchildren, Peter, Benjamin, Jason (Bailee) and Carrie Wood; her great grandchildren, Grace, Kelsey Wood, Thia and Lydia Shupp; and her siblings, Lloyd Brockmeyer (Mary) of Avon, IN, Roger Brockmeyer (Margot) of San Jose, CA, Evelyn Deen of Montrose, CA and Laurel Anderson of Bode. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given in her name to Kenwood Park United Methodist Church, 175 34th Street, Cedar Rapids, Iowa 52402.
