He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Williams and Sylvia Williams (Voeltz) of Cedar Rapids, Iowa.; and his siblings, Maureen Gardemann, Don and Terry.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Bartels of Lost Nation; and his children, Tory, Rick and Lori Lehmann (Brian).
Memorials may be given to Atonement Lutheran Church or to the American Cancer Society.
