He was predeceased by: his parents, Frances Kuzela and Louis Kuzela; his wife Althea Kuzela; and his brother Edward Slatinka. He is survived by: his children, Lisa Kuzela and Larry Kuzela (Brooke); his grandsons, Chris Kuzela (Kait) and Alex Kuzela; his great grandchildren, Camden and Colton Kuzela; and his niece Gayle Hogan.
