It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lavy Lothi-Phannavinh of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, who passed away on April 13, 2024, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Houmpheng Phannavinh; and her father Ine Lovanh. She is survived by: her daughters, Phetlavanh Lo (Michael Newell) of New Brighton, MN, Phetlavy Baccam (Saint) of Waukee, IA and Amy Houang (Thone) of Cedar Rapids, IA; her grandchildren, Torhi, Collin, Lena, Lucia and Lukas; and her family, Taidam and Lao. She is also survived by 10 siblings, as well as her mother.
