She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Welch and Helen Welch (Hawkaday); her daughters, Deanna Willis and Myla Willis; and her siblings, Frank Welch and Judy Welch.
She is survived by: her son Carl Willis (Mary); her grandchildren, Andrew, Dean, Chris and Jennifer (John); her great grandchildren, Crystal, Chris, Cody and Bryan; her boyfriend Rich Chapman; and her friends, Peggy and Terri.
