He was predeceased by: his parents, Justin Kinkead and Lucille Kinkead. He is survived by: his wife Mary Reuman; his stepdaughters, Renee Meth (Corey), Julie Welter (Bob) and Denise Little (Chad); and his grandchildren, Grant Meth, Emily Meth, Reggie, Cole, Luke Welter, Gabe and Paul Little.
