Hammons and Carolyn Hammons (Anderson) of Crawfordsville, Iowa; and his siblings, Richard Hammons of Castle, Oklahoma, Scott Hammons of Slater, Missouri, Kimberly Murphy Hammons of Strassburg, Missouri and Steven Hammons (Daniel Hammons) of Conesville, Iowa. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
