She was predeceased by: her sister Debbie Bruce. She is survived by: her parents, Terry Bilsland and Doris Bilsland; her husband Robert Clinton; her sons, Chris Watts and Justin Smetzer; and her granddaughter Saige Watts. She is also survived by her parents, two sisters, 1 brother and many nieces and nephews.

Donations in Kay's memory may be given to her family.
