It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Katherine (Rinenbach) Redlich of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, who passed away on April 21, 2023, at the age of 102, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Matyas Rinenbach and Katalin Rinenbach; her husband Leonard; her son Ronald; her granddaughter Michelle Pinkston; her siblings, Anna Befi (Joseph) and Joseph Rinenbach (Katherine); her siblings-in-law, Dorothy Redlich, Lester Flaherty, Arnold Redlich (Ella) and Harold Redlich; and her nieces, Sharon Flaherty, Carol Duncan and Karen Butske.
She is survived by: her daughter Renee; her son-in-law Larry Pinkston; her grandsons, David of Cedar Rapids and Matthew (Yoko) of Yokohama; her son Akira; and her sisters-in-law, Esther Flaherty and Patricia Redlich. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and special friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association, Poplar Creek Church in New Berlin, or the American Red Cross.
